Long Time since last post

It has been almost a good six months since my last post so I thought I would catch everyone up.

Wedding: The day is approaching fast. I am excited about what the future holds for Channing and myself. It is hard to believe that it has been a year and a half since I proposed. Which why we are on that subject....Men, ask the father. I made that mistake and will have to live with it the rest of my life as the one who did not ask. But back to the wedding. It will be my second wedding in two weeks (that probably doesn't sound right) but my best friend is also getting married the week before me, so that is pretty cool. We will be going on a cruise for the honeymoon.

Job: It's work. Just got finished with tax season (which explains better why I have not updated in awhile). It was my second tax season to work and I feel like I did an okay job. I was taking one class also, so that has been taking a lot of time.

What else: Not much to really say. I have been hanging with friends and playing softball and basketball when I can. And of course spending time with Chan! I will try to keep updating this, but I figure we will probably have a combined blog, much like her sisters, but we will see.

How do the Sooners move ahead of the Longhorns. It makes no sense. For one wee, I guess that I will be a Mizzou fan. Also only 8 days until school is over. Texas is #2 in the BCS and life is good. If they take care of Texas A&M and then Mizzou, it is National Championship time. Sorry to you Techies, but even with your win over Texas, you got hammered by OU. You should be embarrased! Go HORNS!!!!

3 weeks left

I only have 3 weeks left of school and I could not be happier. It will be nice not having to go to work during the day and then going to school right after. That gets old real fast. The wedding date is also drawing closer as we are about to hit the 7 month mark. Hard to belive that channing and i have been together for over 2 and a half years. How she stands me, I don't know. On a side note, my neice is getting cuter and cuter everyday and is really starting to be fun to play with. She will be a year old Jan. 31. Where have the last 10 months gone? Well got to go. Remember one thing: Bleed Burnt Orange........and put your guns down!

Busy...Busy...Busy

Well, life seems to be leaving me in the dust. That is how I feel. I have five weeks until i graduate and it feels like it is just all coming at me at once. Ugh!!! Well, all is well outside of School. The wedding day is drawing ever closer, which means that I will not be a "bachelor" anymore, but that is cool with me. If you are planning on praying anytime soon, please put a word in for me. School has been tough and to know that i am almost done with it makes me so anxious. Pray that I do well and gain strength as I hit the home stretch. Peace out, and to my Future Bro-in-law and Sis-in-law, Hook'em Horns and "Put you're guns down!!!!!!!!!"

Well, now I have a blog.

I was the last person to get a myspace, the last to get a facebook, and know the last to get a Blog. But hey, I have one now. I will use this to relieve stress and to share with others what is going on in my life. First of all, I am engaged to the greatest lady on the planet. She is everything that I could ever hope for and I think God every day that she is in my life. I am a senior at UTA, due to graduate in Dec. I will do my best to update this as often as I can, but be patient with me. See you later.
